According to the web source www.weforum.org, the leader in information technologies in the CIS is Azerbaijan, and Armenia is the last one.

Tajikistan has the 104-th position in terms of the number of subscribers of landline telephony and the 111-th position in terms of the number of mobile telephony. As for the number of Internet subscribers, Tajikistan has the 103-rd position.
